Andrssy avenue a World Heritage Site in Hungary - crosses Big Boulevard at Octagonal Square.



PUBLIC TRANSPORT
is excellent (Metro, trams, buses), one stop by the red 7 bus (or walk) to the pedestrian precinct (Vaci Street).

The flat is on the first floor (the floor above ground floor).



ARRIVAL:
the landlord or his representative will wait for you in the flat or at the airport / railway station if you order transfer.

Check in: With no Guest in the flat on the previous night : we can arrange a suitable time.
With Guest in the flat on the previous night :
from 12. (the previous Guest has to get up, get ready, leave, we have to do the cleaning)

We can arrange a suitable time.
With new Guest arriving on the date of your departure : 10 a.m.
Will there be previous Guests in the flat on the date of your arrival / new Guests on the date of your departure?
We don't know yet. Guests can turn up any time.

CLEANING: after check out.

PARKING: a tramstop + 3 minutes walk, or simply walk to a nearby carpark for your car to be safe. (You make business with the carpark, the prices are : 1 hour = 30 cents, 1 night 3 Euro, 24 hours : about 6 euro)

FREE TIME: you have to have a wonderful time in Budapest.

Cancellation policy.
GOOD
I will send 80 percent of the deposit back if I can find other Guests for the dates which you booked then cancelled.
BAD
If I can find Guests only for some of the days originally booked by you or no Guests at all, you will lose little money ( the deposit) while I will lose a lot of money (as I keep sending other applicants away saying: sorry, the apartment is booked).
